MAMA BEAR’S PIZZA DOUGH

 

2 1/4 teaspoons     Yeast

    4 cups          Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons     Salt
   
2 Tablespoons   Olive Oil
   
1 Tablespoon    Sugar

1 1/2 cups          Warm Water (110°F - 115°F)

 

Crushed red pepper, garlic powder, oregano, grated parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomato flakes, basil, etc. may be added to taste.

 

·        Preheat oven to 375°F.  Combine ingredients.  Knead for 10 minutes to mix.

·        Allow to rise for 20 minutes.  Allow to rest for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.  Cut in half and roll out to the desired diameter.

·        Place on pizza pans. Adjust dough to edge of pans.

·        Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until just lightly browned.
