Cranberry Charoset

                1   12 ounce bag      fresh cranberries

                2                              red apples

             1/2   cup                      brown sugar

                1   teaspoon             cinnamon

          Optional:
                                                handful of pecans

                                                juice of one orange if too dry

1.   With food processor running, drop all ingredients thru chute.

2.   Chop until small pieces and thoroughly blended.

3.   Allow to steep in refrigerator for couple hours.

Makes about 3 cups.



                    
I made this for Thanksgiving a few years ago . . .

                     but the family thought it was more in line with Pesach.
