Christopher Ranch Garlic Spaghetti ---------------------------------- 1 lb chicken livers 1/2 cup canola oil (or Chicken Fat) 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/3 cup white tequila 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp ground white pepper 2 medium size green onions, chopped 1 cup olive oil 10 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced 1/2 tsp basil flakes 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste 1 lb cooked spaghetti or other pasta 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Heat oil in skillet over low heat and saute garlic until it slightly colors. Add herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Blend well, add mushrooms and heat through. Cook spaghetti, add sauce and toss. Top with grated cheese.
